Vista is an idyllic, luxury 4 bedroom contemporary villa superbly located on the water-front offering magnificent views of neighboring St. Martin in the distance, seemingly at the touch of the hand but for the turquoise, crystal azure water which separates both islands.
The villa, newly refurbished and extended in 2013 with further renovation in 2017 boasts an infinity pool with a spacious deck featuring comfortable sun loungers and a hammock. The main section of the house features a semi-open floor plan allowing a natural flow between the living, dining and kitchen areas. The space is enhanced meticulously with European furniture: a mixture of designer contemporary items and antiques. The sitting room area, boasting a 20 foot ceiling with double-height windows and a chandelier by Jonathan Adler, gives way to the warm tropical breezes and a breathtaking scenery. The walls are adorned with original artwork including a piece from the acclaimed artist John Bellany.
The newly renovated kitchen is fully stocked with all the required cooking utensils, ready for preparing the simplest of meals or a formal dinner (which can be prepared by your Personal Chef as an option). The kitchen’s central island is the perfect breakfast bar and has a spectacular dining view. There is also an optional covered outdoor dining area in addition to the formal indoor area. A Nespresso machine has recently been added for those guests who wish to bring their favorite coffee.
All 4 bedrooms in this villa are air-conditioned, with three located ensuite and the fourth bedroom is a twin room with a shower room immediately adjacent. All bath and shower rooms have Anguillan stone, designer fittings and rainwater showers. The upstairs master suite has arguably the best view on the island with a private sun deck running the length of the upper level. A beautiful antique French armoire, chaise lounge and matching master bed provides a serene sanctuary. The master suite also has an exquisite dressing room with a drinks fridge. The large ensuite, airy bathroom has a bath and shower by Phillipe Starck.

Rates are per night and quoted in U.S. Dollars. The rates include 10% government tax and 10% service charge. 50% deposit is required at time of reservation with balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 60 days of arrival full payment is required. If cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival a full refund will be issued (minus $100 administration fee). If cancelled within 60 days of arrival no refund is provided. Payments may be made via wire transfer or credit card. There is a 4% fee for all credit card charges. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. Maximum 2 persons per bedroom $25 per person, for each additional person over 10 years of age. No charge for children less than 10 years of age in the same room with parents. Credit card required for $500 security deposit.
