Set in the West End of Anguilla (overlooking Cap Juluca and Altamer), just minutes away from two white sand beaches, the three-bedroom luxury home is comfortable and well designed.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and Casablanca ceiling fans are set to capture the cross breezes for the ultimate Caribbean look and feel. This villa has everything from spacious bedrooms with ensuite to a fully-equipped, air conditioned gym complete with steam room. The kitchen is furnished with state-of-the-art appliances and equipment you need, whether a simple breakfast or a lobster dinner. The fitness pavilion is equipped with a TechnoGym ExciteBike, Precor Elliptical Machine, Precor Weight Tower, and Yoga mats and blocks. The infinity pool offers captivating views to St Martin and to the west for sunset.
The master bedroom opens to the pool deck and has ceiling fans and a/c. There is one guest bedroom on the main floor and a second guest bedroom on the upper floor, both with a/c, ceiling fans and ensuite bathrooms. Both bedrooms located on the eastern side have large windows with screens to capture the cool breezes.

Rates are per night and quoted in U.S. Dollars. The rates include 10% government tax and 10% service charge. 50% deposit is required at time of reservation with balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 60 days of arrival full payment is required. If cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival a full refund will be issued (minus $100 administration fee). If cancelled within 60 days of arrival no refund is provided. Payments may be made via wire transfer or credit card. There is a 4% fee for all credit card charges. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. Maximum 2 persons per bedroom $25 per person, for each additional person over 10 years of age. No charge for children less than 10 years of age in the same room with parents. Credit card required for $500 security deposit.
