A unique, one of a kind villa. Floors are of purple heart and green heart wood imported from the former British Guyana, The living area and bedrooms are separate - each having an individual cathedral ceiling and sliding walls for capturing the tropical breezes. Each is surrounded by a four foot wide connecting deck, enabling guests to pass freely from one room to another, while preserving privacy. A true open tree house experience. No air conditioning is needed. Located on a hillside surrounded by red bougainvillea, pink hibiscus and yellow oleander, with spectacular sea views, sunsets and mountain views, including St. Lucia's highest, Mt. Gimie, The House: There is a spacious great room with a living room section, games table and dining area, and a built in desk with bookshelves. The large, bright kitchen is well equipped. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a ceiling fan and net with a shower room. Bedroom II has two single beds with a ceiling fan and nets and shower room. Guests step from the deck into a cool, kidney-shaped pool with lap lanes at one end. The pool is situated by a spreading flamboyant tree and has an extensive sun deck with pool furniture for relaxing. A touch of St. Lucian history greets you as you step out of the kitchen. A series of aging concrete pillars wrapped in brightly coloured bougainvillea today, once supported the Naval barracks during World War II. Tree Tops is one of the oldest homes at Cap Estate, situated on a choice piece of property, designed by Ross Kembar, a noted Canadian architect who came to St. Lucia in the late 1960s to "try and upgrade the architecture of the island". He succeeded in creating a unique living experience with Tree Tops. Staff - housekeeper: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from 9am to 3pm and on Tuesday and Thursday from 9am to 1pm. All rentals during the Christmas/New Years Period will increased by 10%

Once you have phoned in your villa reservation to us, you have a TWO WEEK grace period to send your deposit in to us - after the two weeks, your "hold" on the property will be subject to cancellation without further notice. The initial deposit required to confirm and guarantee your villa reservation is ONE HALF of the rent. The balance due of rent, hotel tax, and deposit, are due here at least 45 days prior to your arrival. Your first payment (deposit) will always be applied towards the total rent. Cancellations will be honored if made outside of 45 days prior to your arrival, less a 20% service charge in some cases. Cancellations made within 45 days of your arrival may be subject to forfeiture of 100 per cent of your total rent, unless we are able to rebook your rental dates. Naturally, we will always do our best to help fill dates which must be canceled for whatever reason, so that a full or partial refund can be made to you without a loss to the owner. Refund agreements can depend largely on the amount of notice given to us of the cancellation, and on the time of year. All owners who will not refund cash will be happy to reschedule your rental to another time slot in the future. For peace of mind, we recommend cancellation insurance, available to you through your travel agent. No refunds may be given for early departure from a villa, unless there is a problem which cannot be cured within 24 hours or causes our guests extreme undue discomfort or a serious inconvenience.
