Built with elegant touches of Asian influence, this very sleek and sophisticated beach house is tucked away in its own private cove and set within gorgeous landscaping and trees - all romantically lighted at night - and enhanced by the relaxing lapping of waves kissing the property's sandy beach just below. Two pavilions, separated by an entryway courtyard, are distinguished by delicate architecture, smooth bamboo and cool tile floors, state-of-the art halogen lighting, and handcrafted woodwork. This refined villa's layout flows so nicely. Rambutan's main house features an open-plan gourmet kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a living area set with plush sofa and chairs around the media center. Glass slider doors along three full sides of this pavilion open to the oval swimming pool right outside; this is all surrounded by lovely landscaping and a lawn. Stone steps lead gently down to sand, sea, snorkeling, kayaking and private sunbathing. Upstairs, there are two equal-sized air-conditioned king suites, one with a jacuzzi tub and the other with a spacious couple's shower. A continuous covered verandah overlooking the beach and sea is accessed via glass slider doors from either bedroom suite. The second air-conditioned pavilion is perfect for nanny and children; an L-shaped space accommodates a twin bedroom and a king bedroom; these are joined by a large bath in the center, featuring glass mosaic tiling and a large glass-enclosed shower. This villa is but a short 10-15 minute drive to Spanish Town, but in its ambience, light-years away from hurry and congestion. Private and tranquil in its magnificent natural setting, Rambutan is both a wonderful romantic home, and a great beach vacation setting for families. Highly recommended.

Once you have phoned in your villa reservation to us, you have a TWO WEEK grace period to send your deposit in to us - after the two weeks, your "hold" on the property will be subject to cancellation without further notice. The initial deposit required to confirm and guarantee your villa reservation is ONE HALF of the rent. The balance due of rent, hotel tax, and deposit, are due here at least 45 days prior to your arrival. Your first payment (deposit) will always be applied towards the total rent. Cancellations will be honored if made outside of 45 days prior to your arrival, less a 20% service charge in some cases. Cancellations made within 45 days of your arrival may be subject to forfeiture of 100 per cent of your total rent, unless we are able to rebook your rental dates. Naturally, we will always do our best to help fill dates which must be canceled for whatever reason, so that a full or partial refund can be made to you without a loss to the owner. Refund agreements can depend largely on the amount of notice given to us of the cancellation, and on the time of year. All owners who will not refund cash will be happy to reschedule your rental to another time slot in the future. For peace of mind, we recommend cancellation insurance, available to you through your travel agent. No refunds may be given for early departure from a villa, unless there is a problem which cannot be cured within 24 hours or causes our guests extreme undue discomfort or a serious inconvenience.
