Luxurious, elegant and superbly equipped, this stunning custom villa is set just above its own perfect white sand pocket beach on the shores of beautiful Magens Bay. Recently expanded by a spacious new deck off the main living and dining areas and fully air-conditioned with contemporary island decor, Sand Dollar Estate has always delighted its many guests, including Presidents. The upper entry level opens to two spacious king bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, indoor and outdoor showers, and one with two twin sofabeds and a sunroom alcove with a full sofabed, perfect for small children. A few steps below is the main level with a large open kitchen, a formal dining area, living area, a private office with computer and all-in-one printer, a powder room, and a private third bedroom (queen) suite. The main level opens to a short flight of stairs down to the expansive pool level and its three air-conditioned bedroom suites, each with its own separate bath and sitting area. The entire pool level can function as a living area separate from the main villa above; its adjoining bedrooms work perfectly for families with small children or for guests who require assistance. The pool area features a sun deck, pool, gazebo and an alfresco dining area equipped with a professional gas grill and sink. Off the pool area, stairs cascade down approximately 35 feet to the magnificent white sand beach below, the true crown jewel of Sand Dollar. Whether you're into snorkeling, fishing, beachcombing, or just dangling your feet in the warm Caribbean waters, Sand Dollar Estate is the luxury vacation of a lifetime. Surround yourself with the best of nature as you watch pelicans dive and stingrays vacuum the ocean's floor. Very secluded, and secure with an electronically-gated entry. Just next door is LITTLE SAND DOLLAR, a 1400-square-foot stone cottage with a stairway down to its own private white sand beach, slightly apart from Sand Dollar's white sand pocket beach. It's fully air-conditioned and offers a well-equipped kitchen, a garden bathroom and a covered verandah overlooking Magens Bay. Originally designed as an artist's studio, Little Sand Dollar is perfect for newlyweds, teenagers or a small family. Once you have phoned in your villa reservation to us, you have a TWO WEEK grace period to send your deposit in to us - after the two weeks, your "hold" on the property will be subject to cancellation without further notice. The initial deposit required to confirm and guarantee your villa reservation is ONE HALF of the rent. The balance due of rent, hotel tax, and deposit, are due here at least 45 days prior to your arrival. Your first payment (deposit) will always be applied towards the total rent. Cancellations will be honored if made outside of 45 days prior to your arrival, less a 20% service charge in some cases. Cancellations made within 45 days of your arrival may be subject to forfeiture of 100 per cent of your total rent, unless we are able to rebook your rental dates. Naturally, we will always do our best to help fill dates which must be canceled for whatever reason, so that a full or partial refund can be made to you without a loss to the owner. Refund agreements can depend largely on the amount of notice given to us of the cancellation, and on the time of year. All owners who will not refund cash will be happy to reschedule your rental to another time slot in the future. For peace of mind, we recommend cancellation insurance, available to you through your travel agent. No refunds may be given for early departure from a villa, unless there is a problem which cannot be cured within 24 hours or causes our guests extreme undue discomfort or a serious inconvenience.
