is a very simple process, after you have looked through our catalog of villas and yachts please contact our office at info@foreversummer.net or you can call us toll free at 1-888-409-2575 for availability and any additional questions you may have. We can arrange every aspect of your vacation excluding airfare.  Everything you may want or need while you are on island can be arranged by one of our vacation specialists, from boat and car rentals, to helicopter tours, a personal chefs and as well as restaurant reservations.

Aside from the rental amount, a damage deposit may be required for some properties.The deposit varies from property to property depending on the cost of the property and it will be returned at the end of your stay, assuming there was no damage to the property during your stay.  Many of the islands have Government mandated hotel taxes, which also must be factored in. Payments can be made via wire transfer, personal check or money orders.

Once you have contacted us with your request to rent your desired property, we will place the property on hold for you. This will also be communicated to the owner of the property. Once the property has been placed on hold for you, you will have 10 days to submit payment in full.  You also have the option to pay half of the cost of the property within ten 10 days and the second half along with the damage deposit and hotel tax must be paid within 45 days prior to the first day of your vacation. Failure to submit payment on time will result in the villa being taken off hold and it will be placed back on the open market for other clients to rent.
