We hope that the information presented on this page will help to answer some of the most common questions that we receive from our guests. The questions are divided into Villa and Yacht categories. Who owns these villas?

The villas we represent are privately owned homes (not condos or other mass produced dwellings). Most of the owners do not live on the island on which their villa is located. Since the villas are private residences, the style and decor differ from home to home. The villas on each island has its own management company which ensures each villa is clean, appliances are working, the grounds are well maintained and everything is in order upon your arrival.

What do we need to bring?

The villas are fully furnished and most have A/C and pools. Beach towels and linens are provided in all homes. The kitchens have modem appliances, utensils, condiments and seasonings.

Should we rent a car?

Renting a car is strongly suggested. All of the islands on which our villas are located are relatively small (able to go from one end of the island to another in less than an hour). The villas however, are usually located in fairly upscale areas near the beach. This usually means the town (shopping and grocery stores) is not within walking distance. Getting a taxi is a possibility but in the long run will cost you more money than a rent a car. For rental car information and information on obtaining a taxicab of your own for the week please call our office (1-888-409-2575).

How do we check in?

We will need to know your flight number along with arrival and departure time at least two weeks before your travel. On most islands as you arrive on island one of our escorts will be awaiting you at the airport with a sign bearing your name. Once you have retained your luggage and rented a car you will follow your escort to the villa where he (she) will note special features of the particular villa you have rented and carefully go over the map showing you how to get to the grocery store, beach, etc.
