Renting a villa allows you the flexibility of feeling you are at your home away from home or you can indulge in every possible luxury you would have at a 5 Star Hotel. Its your choice. You can talor your trip around diving, horseback riding sailing or whatever excursion a specific island may offer.

Since the majority of the islands we represent are Hubs for most of the Caribbean charter Yachts it allows you to also partner term charters as part of your vacation without having to endure major travel to  get to your Yacht or villa in the transition.

Unfortunately no.The majority of our properties are rented for 5 days in the low season(late April to December) and 7 days during high season (Late December to late April). The Christmas/New years period will have a mandatory 7-10 rental(this varies from villa to villa).

A general Rule of thumb is you should always plan 6 months ahead when planning to book a villa and if you are planning to vacation during a holiday period it should be 10-12 months ahead.

We represent hundreds of properties but each property is unique since it is a private home. The more popular properties oviously book first so to ensure a large selection and more importantly the amount of bedrooms needed by your party we stongly suggest inquiring and reserving very early. Last minute deals are always available but selection is generally limited.

Apon your arrival we will have a on island agent from our office or a representative of the owner or management company waiting at baggage claim with a sign bearing your parties name.

The vast majority of our clients rent a vehicle for their stay and once you have obtained your luggage and secured the rental car(most have offices on airport premises) you would then follow the  pick up agent who will be driving his/her to the villa.

If you choose not to rent a car, that is fine you can obtain a taxi and follow the same procedure to the villa where the agent will do a walk through of the villa and anwser general questions you may have about the property or island.

For the majority of our properties children are welcome but there are a few which persons under the age of 12 will not be permitted primarily because of safty concerns because of hights at the villa. Many owners will require you to sign a accident waiver if you are traveling with children in order to book their villa.

The rates for the most part are tiered so that villa rate depends on how many bedrooms are in use with two people allowed per bedroom. In a few of our properties the owners have requeseted one flat rate for the rental of their villa regardless of the number of members of your party or the amount of bedrooms in use.

As a protection against damage many of our owners request a security deposit ranging from $500 to $2,500 for the larger properties. The deposit will be returned to you in full once it has been determined there was no damage during your stay(normally in 2-3 weeks). For some properties you will be required to have a credit card on file in lieu of a deposit.

Many islands have their individual tax which is applied only to the rental amount for the week. The amount varies from island to island as it is set by the islands govement. In addition there are a few properties which have an additional service fee associated with the rental. A clear break down can be found in each individual villas rate section.

For the most part a staff is not included(although there are a few exeptions) during your stay. Many villas will include a mid week cleaning of the home and there may be a pool cleaning or a gardening session scheduled. You can, however, customize your stay so that you have every possible amenity(for example, a nanny, private chef or a personal driver) just please let one of our villa specialists know during the booking process and we will organize everything for you or refer you to a reputable company so that you can arrange it yourself.
